Drilling Rein Type with 6" Nominal Stroke

     RAMPP drilling jars are manufactured of special jar steel forge welded to API sizes. All Rampp drilling jars are furnished with 6” standard stroke and are available in carbon or alloy steel. Jars with 8” strike can be furnished at a slightly higher cost.

     RAMPP fishing jars have the same type construction as drilling jars except that they are made with a linger stroke. They are usually run below the fishing stem and this, coupled with the linger stroke, effects a greater jarring action. When ordering be sure to specify the joint size and the size stroke required.
