Casing Cutters- Regular type

     Rampp regular pattern casing cutters are used to cut casing or pipe in the well when it cannot be pulled.  The cutter is designed to be run on tubing string or pipe.  After the tool is lowered to the point where the casing or pipe is to be cut, the combination mandrel, jars and sinker are run on the sand line and by jarring downward the cutters are expanded while the tubing is revolved until the casing or pipe is completely cut.  The cutter is furnished with combination mandrel, jars, sinker and wire line connection.

 


Casing Perforators - Turtle back type

     RAMPP turtle back casing perforators are used for perforation pipe or casing to let water, oil or gas into the pipe.  This perforator is designed to be used on cable tools.  The body is made of solid steel, and the cutters of finest tool steel.  To operate the perforator, lower to desired perforating position and make the first perforation by jarring-up.  Jarring down makes another cut.  Additional perforations are made by alternately repeating these two operations.  The perforator may be withdrawn from hole after any upward cut.  Extra knives may be purchased
