RAMPP casing ring or spider is manufactured for setting strings of pipe. In addition it may be used for recovering pipe from holes where the pipe may have become stuck when working in connection with hydraulic jacks. It is constructed for easy handling. RAMPP jack rings are made of the best quality steel. A feature not found in competitive models is the precision machined slips with machine cut teeth or wickers to secure maximum gripping power. The spider may be readily fitted with bushings to enable it to handle a number of different sizes. In addition each size ring may be supplied with different sets of slips so that several different diameters of pipe may be handled with one ring. When ordering please specify the outside diameter of the pipe to be caught.
Heavier casing rings can be supplied for larger strings of pipe. Information will be supplied on request.

Die nipples, male and female, have internal and external die type threads that are fluted and hardened for cutting. This nipple can be used wither way, depending upon whether the parted casing has a collar or the thread end at the top. Care should be taken in starting so that proper entry is made without damaging the nipple or casing. Complete thread specifications, size and weight of pipe of casing must be given.
