RAMPP products are warranted against defective material and workmanship. THEY ARE SOLD WITH THE FIRM UNDERSTANDING THAT THEIR USE IS SOLELY AT THE RISK OF THE CUSTOMER AND THAT WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH MAY BE INCURRED FROM OR BECAUSE OF THEIR USAGE.
The return of any tools for inspection or adjustment cannot be accepted by us unless authorized in writing. All freight charges on tools returned for inspection must be prepaid.
The tool or part thereof returned for inspection should bear proper identification. Information on the application of the tool returned and the circumstances involved will greatly help to investigate all complaints.
If, after our inspection, wither field or in our plant, we believe the customer is entitled to adjustment, credit will be set up to the customer’s account and may be applied to any material of our manufacture. Adjustments will be based on prices in effect at time of shipment.
We reserve the right to replace any product of our manufacture if the complaint justifies this action.
We reserve the right to repair any product of our manufacture, when practical, to place it in first class operating condition.
This warranty shall apply on all RAMPP manufactured products and may not be altered under any circumstances.
